Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Whizzance you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

Whizzance is a cloud accounting application providing masters, vouchers, inventory, financial statements, GST reports and a statutory audit trail. We may improve or modify features over time.

3. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for managing team members and their access.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed per workspace through our payment partner Cashfree. Plan limits (companies, members) apply as shown on the Pricing page. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. You can change or cancel your plan from the Billing screen; access to paid features ends when a subscription lapses.

5. Your data & records

You retain ownership of the financial and business data you enter. You are responsible for the correctness of your books, tax positions and statutory filings; Whizzance is a tool and does not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice. We maintain an immutable audit trail of changes as required by the Companies Act, 2013.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach security or tenant isolation, upload unlawful content, or use it to violate any applicable law.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment. On termination we retain statutory records for the legally required period and delete other data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
