Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Whizzance is offered on monthly subscription plans per workspace, billed in advance through our payment partner Cashfree. By subscribing you authorise the recurring or one-time charge for the selected plan.

2. Free plan & trial

You can evaluate the service on the Free plan before paying. We encourage you to confirm the product meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing → Change Plan (or by switching to the Free plan). Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period; the workspace then moves to the Free plan.

4. Refunds

If you are charged in error, or you cancel a newly purchased paid plan within 7 days and have not materially used the paid features, you may request a refund of that payment. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Cashfree, typically within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-refundable cases

Except as required by law, fees are generally non-refundable for: billing periods already elapsed; partial/unused time in a period after the 7-day window; downgrades mid-cycle; or accounts suspended/terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.

6. How to request

Email support@whizzact.com from your registered email with your workspace name and the payment reference. We will respond within 3 business days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will be revised. Statutory consumer-protection rights are unaffected.
